Really lovely food and service was very good. They were not particularly busy (Monday afternoon) and the lovely waitress, Mayia, who spent time explaining the menu in detail and the new reward App to join. She was a credit to the company

Ordered a takeaway for our office and went into the Canterbury branch to order and collect. Just wanted to give a shout out to Michelle whose customer service was so memorable! Thank you for brightening up the day :) Would always recommend this restaurant for great service and great atmosphere.

Surprisingly good. We tried three different dishes amongst us, all main courses. They were good sized portions, all of them. A little expensive, but very delicious. A little disappointed that can of coke sized beer cost us 6 per can too. Not very busy, waitress was nice and polite.

Amazing food and even better staff. We was served by Harry and he was very chatty and we learnt some fun facts about Wagamamas and also how to use chopsticks

Down a little cobbled street Wagamama on a Tuesday night, 7pm was busy with a great atmosphere. Jess at the door was smiley and welcoming. Harry, who served me, looked after me, who was using Wagamama for the first time, and explained everything very clearly with recommendations. Food was quick, hot, plentiful, and tasty. Thanks team Wagamama Canterbury

Went for lunch with my family - staff was very welcoming and we got a table straight away! The atmosphere and the vibe were great. Food was incredible and service was 100%!!! After leaving the city we realised our 5yo daughter lost her favorite toy and contacted the restaurant to see if they found it, no luck there, but by our surprise, they called us back at night to let us know it was finally found and offered to send to us. A very big thanks to the amazing team who made our day and saved lots of tears to our little one. BEST TEAM EVER

I had a great meal at Wagamama recently and wanted to shout out the experience. I ordered the beef brisket gyozas and firecracker chicken—both were packed with flavour. The gyozas were crispy and rich, and the firecracker chicken had just the right amount of heat without overpowering the dish. Service was also spot-on. Dan and Aisha were both friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out smoothly. Really appreciated the good vibes and quick service. Will definitely be back!
